House Report, Week 26

Howdy, and welcome to the weekly report on the status of the house in construction. A great way to look at what is happening as a quick overview, it includes links to pictures and other great content. Click on the read more link to find out the latest news this week.

Sep 24 Monday

They started to install crown moulding and the screen frame for the home theatre projector screen.

Sep 25 Tuesday

They added more of the crown moulding today, also the stone workers patched up the stone where the lightning protection system grounding line was broken. The theatre projector screen frame was completed, and the step in the garage has been broken out and larger framing has been placed for the bigger, code-legal step.

Sep 26 Wednesday

They finished the crown moulding and added all the door embellishments. They also added the fixed door to the broom closet as well.

Sep 27 Thursday

They added all the window sills today. Also, some cleanup occured, although it wasn't that much better.

Sep 28 Friday

The concrete people came today and poured the rest of the driveway (where the lightning protection system grounding wire is located) and the bigger doorstep in the garage.
